Terms & Conditions Affiliate Program

Welcome to the Eye Digital Affiliate Program. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in our affiliate program. By joining the program, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll as an affiliate, you must submit an application through our website. Eye Digital reserves the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promote Eye Digital’s services ethically and responsibly.
  • Ensure that all marketing and promotional materials comply with applicable laws and Eye Digital’s brand guidelines.
  • Avoid false or misleading claims about Eye Digital services.

3. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates will earn a 15% commission on the net revenue of sales directly attributed to their referral.
  • Commissions are only payable after the client has made full payment and the sale is confirmed.

4. Payment Terms

  • Commissions will be calculated and paid on a monthly basis.
  • Payment will be issued only after Eye Digital receives full payment from the referred client.
  • The minimum payout threshold is $50.
  • Payments will be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or another payment method. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

5. Tracking Sales

Sales are tracked through unique affiliate links provided by Eye Digital. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their referral links are correctly implemented.

6. Commission Eligibility

  • Commissions are only earned for sales that meet the following criteria:
    • The client was not previously an Eye Digital customer.
    • The client completes payment in full for the service purchased.
  • Cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will void commission eligibility.

7. Termination

Eye Digital reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for violations of this Agreement, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, misuse of promotional materials, or failure to comply with applicable laws.

8. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between Eye Digital and the affiliate.

9. Intellectual Property

Eye Digital grants affiliates a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Eye Digital’s trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Eye Digital services. All intellectual property rights remain with Eye Digital.

10. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information provided by Eye Digital.

11. Limitation of Liability

Eye Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

13. Amendments

Eye Digital reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
